Every WVI hydraulic breaker is backed by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended coverage available for volume orders.
How to Claim
Document the Issue
Take clear photos or a short video of the defect. Note the model number, serial number, and date of purchase.
Contact After-Sales
Email [email protected] with your order number, issue description, and attached media. WhatsApp is also accepted.
Assessment
Our engineering team reviews the claim within 3 business days and determines if the issue is covered under warranty.
Resolution
We ship replacement parts or a replacement unit at no charge. Freight costs for warranty replacements are covered by WVI.
Spare Parts
We maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory for all current and legacy WVI models. Most standard parts ship within 1–3 business days.
